Skirball Exhibition Includes Lamp Artists
The Lamp Art Project has given members a unique opportunity to express themselves creatively since its founding in 1998. And now, four artists with the program have contributed to an exciting exhibition — The 1000 Journals Project — at the Skirball Cultural Center through Feb 27 — extended from Feb. 13.
Darlene D., Gary B., Carl B., Eiko Y. and Robert B. joined thousands of others who contributed stories, poems and drawings to the collaborative art project. Their work is featured in one of the journals at the exhibit that create an interactive experience, allowing visitors to add their own work and become part of the exhibit.
